Mr. Latino joined the Toyota of Hackensack family in November of 2012. Nick has 12 years of experience with the Toyota Brand. With 35 years of automotive experience Mr. Latino has worked his way up the ranks from automotive technician to Parts and Service Director here at Toyota of Hackensack where he has placed special emphasis on continuing to improve customer service through his firm belief in the Kaizan system of Toyota. Is a member of the Toyota New York Region Marketing Team and a recent graduate of the NADA Academy.
Joined Toyota of Hackensack (Leonard Toyota) in January 1982 as a new car prep technician, became master tech in 1985 and master diagnostic technician in 1988. Worked in the shop until 2009 when he became the assistant service manager before taking over as Service Manager in October of 2013. His many years of Toyota experience have made him a true professional which has helped him keep his total commitment of taking care of the customer.
Cedric Hopson has been a member of the Toyota of Hackensack family since June 2000 as one of the youngest service writers ever staffed. Through his 14 years of experience here he has gained a tremendous customer base and has become one of the leading forces that drives Toyota of Hackensack. Over these years, Cedric has compiled enough credentials to gain a position as Senior Assistant Service Manager where his leadership skills allow him to provide exceptional customer service and great product knowledge that keeps his customers coming back.
With over 18 years of automotive industry experience, Sean Clarke has experience a great deal of success and customer satisfaction through his work. Sean has been working with Toyota for the last five years where he has gained a great deal of knowledge about the Toyota products. Becoming a certified service professional Sean has really flourished in his duties as a service writer. In late 2012, Sean joined the Toyota of Hackensack family where he has been able to gain a customer base like no other. Through his knowledge and experience with Toyota and the automotive industry Sean is able to deliver an tremendous level of customer excellence with his work.
Bill Hughes has been working in the Automotive Industry for the last 36 years where he has developed an array of customer excellence skills and experience. Through his years in the automotive industry Bill as won multiple awards for his product knowledge and professionalism. Bill joined the Toyota of Hackensack family in early 2012 where he has allowed flourished as a member of the Service team. He is an advocate for the "customer experience" and does everything in his power to make sure your experience is a pleasant one.
Joseph Latino is the newest addition to the Toyota of Hackensack service team and has brought along with him a tremendous work ethic and enthusiasm. Joseph has been part of the Toyota Family since early 2008 where he began his work in warranty administration. Working his way up the ranks Joseph became a Service Advisor with Toyota and immediately found a passion for customer satisfaction. Becoming part of the Toyota of Hackensack team in early September, Joseph has being able to capture a wonderful customer base he continues to build, where he strives for that customer satisfaction he eagerly fell in love with.
I have been in the automotive industry 1986 and have worked for multiple manufactures. Rich brings excellent customer service skills along with his years of knowledge. Rich has been coaching Hackenasck High School team for the 16 years.
Brad has been part of the Toyota of Hackensack family since 2005 where he has grown into a ASE master certified technician, as well as, shop foreman. Beginning to work on cars in repair shops in early 2000, Brad decided to take his career to the next level through becoming a Directors List Graduate of Lincoln Technical Institute in 2002. Through his eight years at Toyota of Hackensack Brad has become a Toyota master level certified technician in all areas of work and is proud to have be able to accomplished such excellence within the Toyota Family. In 2012, Toyota awarded him with the Toyota Service Excellence Award for his hard work and dedication to making your Toyota great.
Michael became part of the Toyota of Hackensack family in late 2012. In early 2002, Michael truly found a passion for fixing automobiles and decided it was time to take it to the next level and enrolled in Lincoln Technical institute where he obtained an internship with Toyota as an Express Lube Technician and immediately fell in love with the brand. Upon graduation, Michael was offered a full time technician job and could not be happier. Within 5 years of working with Toyota he became a Toyota Master Diagnostic Technical while obtaining his ASE L1-Advanced Engine Performance certification as well.With his tremendous commitment to product quality, Michael has been selected to be part of Toyota's Top 10 Product champion group and achieved the Toyota Service Excellence Award, for the last three years straight.
Jessica Cassidy started in the automotive industry in 2012. Since then she has been fervent in learning all facets of the business. With meek beginnings such as setting appointments and learning great customer service skills, to learning the product and all of its intricate components. She has proven herself and climbed the ranks to be our newest addition to the Toyota of Hackensack service team. Through constantly keeping up with new technology and faithfully serving Toyota customers, she is a welcomed member to the team.
