I walk into front desk person he didn't bother to get up out of his chair or to ask me if I needed anything, then I ask a sales person if they have rav4, he said no and when I told him there's one outside and I am look to trade in my car. he never bother to help me or ask any questions or show me the car outside. The salesman kept lying and saying things like "the team will get back to." Before you know it, the car was sold. No transparency upfront means they are likely lying about other things. ”

“ I went to the dealership to complete a repair that had already been recommended during a previous service visit, specifically the replacement of the rear suspension joint/swing ball. Instead of following the previous recommendation, Mr. Loonam told me I needed to pay around $200 for a new diagnostic inspection first. After the diagnosis, I was told that my vehicle needed both front and rear suspension repairs totaling nearly $6,000, which was completely different from the original recommendation. I explained that the front suspension had already been replaced about three years ago. I have owned this vehicle for over 10 years and I am very familiar with its repair history and condition. I also explained that since the diagnosis involved alignment procedures, I would like to proceed with the alignment so the diagnostic charge could at least go toward service work. However, I was told that unless I agreed to the full repair recommendation, I would still be required to pay the diagnostic fee. Because I felt the situation was unfair, I asked to speak with a supervisor. I then spoke with Manager Cedric Hopson. Unfortunately, instead of helping resolve the issue professionally, he appeared more focused on defending the service advisor. He told me that the previous repair recommendation “did not matter” and that only the new diagnosis was valid. I also found his attitude rude, dismissive, and unprofessional during our conversation. I am very disappointed with the lack of consistency, transparency, and customer service I experienced. I believe customers should be treated honestly and respectfully, especially when dealing with expensive repair recommendations that significantly differ from previous inspections. ”
“ Horrible! Bought a used van because im disabled and needed a larger vehicle for my wheelchair... next day head gasket blew. After not having my vehicle for 18 days they had issues repaired but i don't feel safe driving it... they refused to refund my money OR extend the 30 day 1000k warranty. THEY REFUSED! Yes didn't get the aftermarket warranty because I didn't have the extra $3,000 or so being on disability.. Didn't think a $16.000.00 plus vehicle would break down the next day FOLLOW UP.. going back to the shop. motor is still messed up! TOTAL JUNK! Been in off the road more than on the road. ”
“ I went for my maintenance check and requested a car wash as it would be done upon request only. On my previous visit, I requested it and it wasn’t done. This time, I made sure to ask before picking up the car to see if done. I was told it was, and it wasn’t. It may seem like something insignificant or maybe not costly to get done elsewhere but I am currently 6 months pregnant (they see me waddling through the dealership), working full time while raising a young child. My time is of the essence and this would have saved me so much time. It takes a long time to come in for these checks and I just don’t have that much time to go for something as simple as a car wash at this stage of my life. So not pleased at all. These are the small things that matter to customers and to happen twice, says a lot about how much you all really care about our experience. ”
“ 1 star. Very disappointed with the service at Toyota. I brought my vehicle in expecting a professional repair, but the issue was never properly fixed. On top of that, they delayed the process far longer than promised and kept giving excuses instead of real solutions. The biggest disappointment was the warranty and insurance side of everything. Customers are told they are protected, but in my experience the warranty was almost useless when it actually mattered. I would strongly recommend people not to fully trust the warranty coverage they sell because when the time came to help, the process became complicated, delayed, and unhelpful. After wasting a lot of time and energy, I ended up fixing the vehicle myself because the repair was not done correctly. Communication was poor, accountability was missing, and the overall experience felt very unprofessional. When people bring their cars to a dealership, they expect qualified technicians, honest service, and proper support — not delays, unresolved problems, and disappointment. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had, and I cannot recommend this dealership to others ”
